If you get killed with your Insured Weapon, you can't access it again for 2 hours.. Correct, when in cooldown mode you can't add the insured weapon to the loadout in the first place. It's completely random when it occurs. Just now I started a game with insured weapon in my loadout and spawned with the insured weapon equipped.I had a blueprint weapon in the insured slot and could never spawn with it or any other gear. Any attachment from a bundle will bug any gun. This applies to insured, or contraband guns, either awarded or player weapons extracted.
