The turn signal flasher has 3 wires on it, a ground, a hot, then the wire out should be the one that flashes. I have 12 volts going in and when you actuate the signals or hazards it does click like it should but no lights flash on the truck or the dash.I’ve had trouble with the flasher relay on my 90 w900.
