you cant use mystic for rares. if you dont get it, you can do shrine of chance and the sharko quest and king thresher quest for an extra 3 cards. Is there a dialogue at mystic to get the rare lose ur mind card because I've gotten the requirements apprently (30str 30for) but I've not gotten it….for things like shattered katana, 3 less points doesn't make too much of a difference, like 2-3 dmg at the very most. and think about it. khan users would use the extra 6 points to get good talents, which negates the dmg loss
