I've known some good bases but this one is on top of my list by far. First of all, it's isolated enough to avoid being bothered by zombies after a day or two of clearing the nearby woods, yet it's reachable with a vehicle since an asphalt road leads to it. The image you provided is a very common go to location for many players. I would be inclined to let you find a place on your own, rather than me saying "Go here for best." I always feel more satisfied when I find a place I want to settle down that is not a place where everyone flocks towards for base building.
